The Evolution of Antoinette (2010 - 2012) - CQD (Come Quickly Distress)

The track depicts changes - about people stating that I have "changed' and become a "stranger" to them. I penned these lyrics when I was at my lowest, honest-to-God rock bottom. When I thought I was out and over the hill - that everything I had ambition for was over. 

Sometimes we feel unfulfilled and in this state, we think we're finished. We sound out distress signals but it appears that no one is coming along to pluck us from the water.
