Ahhh life is grand. Sitting in the theater crushing popcorn in one hand and chocolate in the other I will have to sandblast the grease off this phone later but for now it's magnifico.

So in watching baseball I noticed that Stats can propel someone into a very cushy situation and garner respect as well as keep them employed.
It's unfortunate however that in other aspects of life a stat can destroy creativity as well as gut instinct. I notice that on the radio be it radio personalities or what they play.

Karen Carpenter was absolutely amazing. She didn't have the range of Mariah, but she sounded like an absolute angel and what makes her angelic voice adorable is the fact that in some of her songs, particularly "rainy days and mondays", her texas accent was actually really thick.

So I am on cherrytree chat and yakking guitars....I realized that guitars are very personal and some people spend a lifetime with them....
Sting has his bass, Willie Nelson has that acoustic thats about to fall apart, Prince has his Hohner, BB King has Lucille, Peter Frampton has his Black Beauty, Paul stanley has that ibanez or whatever it is......so whats yours?

I love bands that have a unique sound. I really get tired of hearing something that is really just a rehash of 20 other bands out. Muse I am new to and I do like that band and will be buying their record. However as much as no one out on radio that I can tell is sounding like them, they seem to have another band out there that did not enjoy the success they are having now but sound very similar.
