Rock legend Sting took his act from amphitheaters and stadiums and for an intimate acoustic set at Magicopolis in Santa Monica, Calif., to promote his new album, The Last Ship, Monday night.
Sting performed with artists from his record label Cherrytree Records, Matthew Koma, Ivy Levan, the Hunts, and Michael Kiwanuka.

So I received an email on Monday morning from a music publicist asking if I wanted to go to a concert to check out a mini showcase from some artists on the Cherrytree Record label. One of the artists being Sting. I was like, Sting as in STING?? As in 16-time Grammy winner Sting??!

Sting's newly released album, also titled The Last Ship and featuring songs from the upcoming musical, is his first collection of new tunes in a decade.
