Nero: The British electronic act's "Promises" re-enters the Hot 100 at No. 70; it spent a week at No. 81 two weeks ago. With the song featured in HP's TV ads for its notebooks with Beats Audio, the cut returns to Hot Digital Songs with an 88% gain to 48,000.
