... I miss Tokio Hotel :l

They are the reason why i am still here today. They had such a huge impact on my life since i first found out about them in 2007. They are not JUST a band to me. Whenever i was depressed, they told me DON'T JUMP. When i wanted to rebel, the told me to SCREAM. Their lyrics are like the sound track to my life. The things i cant explain, they write as lyrics to their songs. They have changed my life to the positive and i don't know what I'd do without them. They made me realize who i…

Hard Rock event by Cherry Tree Records.

First off, i want to thank everyone who helped bring the party to NYC. The event was hands down the best event i can ever go to. I cant even explain in words how much fun i had. I met new fans, hanged out with my old friends, got to meet the amazing Cherry Tree staff and of coarse got to celebrate Far East Movement's album release. For those who didnt go, you missed out.

While Cherry Tree Staff at work, i met up with a few people i met on the cherry chatroom. Then there was a signing…

Ellie Goulding Covers "Only Girl" for BBC Radio One Live Lounge

"This is a sweet surprise to wake up to! Listen to Ellie Goulding's stunning cover of Rihanna's "Only Girl" that she performed on BBC's Radio One Live Lounge with Fearne Cotton earlier today. Goose bumps! Goulding makes the original tune completely her own with the help of a dramatic string section that ups that emotive qualities of the song. Delicate, touching, pitch-perfect and pulling all the right heartstrings." -…

Robyn - Swede of the Year

Ellie Goulding in Interview Magazine

"Starry Eyed" is the title of Ellie Goulding's Breakthrough Single, but the 23-year old singer/songwriter is anything but a romantic idealist. Despite her ethereal voice and airy pop hooks, Ellie's music is rooted in unvarnished intimacy: tracks such as The Writer and Under the…

Enter The Ninja/Zef Side is the Number 1 Video on MySpace Music

With “Enter The Ninja,” a bizzaro freak out that recalled the “Parents Just Don’t Understand” video, but on crystal meth, and “Zef Side,” a three-minute slice of alternate reality exploring the band’s origins, we get a remarkably comprehensive picture of the Die Antwoord aesthetic: Their sense of humor, where they come from and how that background has shaped their entire being. That’s a rather old-school notion of what a…

Body Talk in NPR's 50 Favorite Albums of 2010

Dance-pop dominated 2010, and some of the smartest, danciest and most heartfelt songs came from Swedish pop artist Robyn. By releasing three albums on her Konichiwa record label (Body Talk combines the best tracks from Body Talk Pt. 1 and Pt. 2 with new material), she successfully fed a singles-hungry industry and kept her music relevant throughout most of the year. She also kept listeners dancing with cathartic, touch-the-sky anthems and darkly sexy experimentation. Robyn expertly subverts an… Continue

Robyn at Number 8 on SPIN's Best 20 Songs of 2010

"Sweden's improvement on Madonna has something on her dirty mind, and it's the most honest lovesick advice you'll ever hear in a pop song."

Robyn's 'Dancing On My Own' Is MTV News' #6 Song Of 2010

The success of "Dancing on My Own" is due as much to its sound — a computerized kaleidoscope of chippy, chiming blips and piston-like drums — as it does its sentiment. This is, after all, a thoroughly sad song, primarily about Robyn losing her man to another woman (and being masochistic enough to watch the whole thing unfold from across the dance floor), but also about the notion of feeling alone in a crowded room, of being lost and unloved and having no other choice but to be OK with…

Body Talk Number 14 on Rolling Stone's Best Albums of 2010

14. Robyn

Body Talk

Cherrytree/Interscope

Body Talk began as two sugar- shot EPs; by the time the full-length dropped, it felt like a greatest-hits package. The Swedish diva's beats and tunes smoke her American competition. So does her wit: See "Fembot" and the secretly poignant "Don't F****** Tell Me What to Do."

8.7/10 Review of "Body Talk" from Pitchfork

"With Body Talk, Robyn ups the ante for pop stars across the radio dial and raises her own chances of appearing on yours. And for all her three-album talk, she never forgets that cardinal rule of showmanship: Always leave them wanting more."
