Is there a demo submission process or refferal?

Hello!

 

My name is Tokyo Black. I am recording artist from NYC looking to submit my material for consideration to Cherry Tree Records. I was wondering if the record company allows un-solicited demo submissions? If they do, is there a submission process? Via Email or Package mail?
